I would like to commend your dealership on some exceptional service
I was provided the weekend of March 23rd, 2002. My family and I were
traveling from Sister Bay, WI to Pulaski on Friday afternoon the 22nd
to the Pulaski 3 on 3 basketball tournament with my second grade son's
team in our 1997 Expedition. In Green Bay my check engine light came
on. At 4:45 PM I pulled into your service department and was greeted
with a smile and actually got someone to check out the car immediately.
It was diagnosed with a bad plug and coil in cylinder #6. I was then
told I could use a loner van to get the team to the tourney/hotel
that evening at no charge and plan on picking up my Expedition the
next day on Saturday morning!
I have owned two Explorer's before this car and many other vehicles,
but have never been given this type of service and satisfaction. You
are all to be commended on the way you run your business. Those that
specifically helped me out were:
Tom Potts, Bob Nuthals and the Technician that tested the engine Friday
evening.
Thanks again for helping my family and I out. We made it to the tourney
on time and my second grade team came in third place out of 13 entries.
It would have been hard to focus on the games if I had to worry about
the car.
